A chance to come together as one club, reflect on the season's highlights, recognise outstanding performances, and honour the players, volunteers and personalities who have made the 2025/26 season such a success.

Whilst unfortunately a few teams are no longer able to make it, we’re still set for a massive day of women’s rugby at Audenshaw Park 💪❤️

It is with great sadness that Aldwinians RUFC shares the passing of Alan Jackson following a short illness.

Alan was a well-known and valued part of the Aldwinians family for many years, and his passing leaves a huge void within the club and wider community. Our thoughts are with Maureen, his family, friends, and everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him.

We would also like to recognise the care and compassion shown by the staff at Tameside Hospital during Alan’s time on Ward 40.

Funeral arrangements are as follows:

Friday 5th June 2026

• 10:30am – Service at St Joseph's RC Church
• 12:00pm – Hollinwood Crematorium (immediate family only)
• Afterwards – Gathering at Aldwinians RUFC

Family flowers only. Donation details to follow.

Rest in peace, Alan. ❤️🤍

An evening to recognise the hard work, commitment and achievements of all our players, coaches and volunteers throughout the season 👏
