Hi folks! My name’s Jay, and I’m thrilled to join the team at GENI body coaching!
A bit about me: I’ve been passionate about fitness since my teenage years, starting out at a proper “old school” weightlifting gym at age 15. I vividly remember watching local rugby players lifting huge amounts of weight in the gym, I was fascinated how they could be so strong, yet fast and athletic, at the same time.
In recent years, I’ve coached British Army soldiers as a Physical Training Instructor, explored various training modalities, and competed in numerous events. From traditional weightlifting, to calisthenics and kettlebells, CrossFit, Martial Arts, even running an ultra marathon - I’ve tried it all.
Of course, it hasn’t always been smooth sailing. Like most people, I’ve faced personal challenges, been many different body shapes, and followed several diets. Through hard work, self-experimentation, and continuous learning, I’ve developed a bulletproof mindset and discovered the lifestyle, exercise routine, and diet that work best for me.
Now, I use my diverse experience to help individuals transform into stronger, faster, more confident, and happier versions of themselves. I know first hand that with so much health & fitness information out there, it’s hard to know exactly how to apply it to your own circumstances. I can help cut through the noise and coach you towards achieving real results, without the years of trial and error. Let’s team up and smash your fitness goals together!
