Due to the spread and uncertainty of the Corona Virus we have temporarily suspended our Mon/Wed/Fri evening Kickboxing group classes.

If you'd like to join us in the future please send us a message and we'll add you to the waiting list. As soon as a place becomes available and as soon as the threat of Corona Virus wanes we will be in touch.

TRAINING OVER XMAS.

Gym times run as usual up to and including the 23rd December and will recommence on January 3rd.

On the 27th/30th we could have a session but these need to be confirmed. Please post below if you fancy training on those days. As long as a few of you are interested we can sort something out!
