We believe in creating a friendly and safe environment where the focus is not just on you and your personal development but also on becoming part of a team. Whether you've trained in BJJ before, whether you're brand new to the art or whether you're just visiting Manchester for a few days please come and join us on this journey. It will be a pleasure to have you on the mats with us. We have classes every Monday, Wednesday and Friday evening and your first session is free. Union Adventure Club is coming this August! ☀️🥊🌲
Martial arts, games, nature walks and introductory bushcraft for children aged 8–12. Children will enjoy a varied day of movement, outdoor adventure, teamwork, challenges and plenty of fun — with opportunities to build confidence, learn new skills and make friends. Run by experienced Union Academy coaches in a safe, supportive and welcoming environment
