IN MY OPINION. The best shift in my training was following a structured work out plan.
-increase motivation. Something new, new things to work towards, new goals to keep you going💪🏼
-priorities rest days. Rest and recovery is important for your growth. Or bodies must rest & resting is ok😴
-goal setting. Spot weaknesses and set new goals to work towards. Advance and progress as we move through the workout plan🥅
-and finally. CONSISTENCY IS KEY🔑 you will here this all the time from me consistency brings results🫶🏻
