TrueFit Group Training is a dedicated group personal training provider delighted to be offering 14 sessions a week on our timetable.

Whether you prefer early morning workouts, mid-morning sessions after school drop-off, or post-work evening classes, everyone is able to be part of our TrueFit programme and join in on this exciting health and fitness movement in Macclesfield! With bespoke packages to suit your requirements, TrueFit offers its members flexible, coached and results-driven training from Macclesfield Performance on Gunco Lane.

Today we celebrate 3 years of TrueFit🥹

Three years of training together, pushing each other, celebrating the wins, getting through the tough sessions and, most importantly, building a community we’re incredibly proud of.

When we started TrueFit, we wanted to create more than just a place to work out. We wanted somewhere people would feel comfortable, supported and genuinely excited to come back to and looking around at the community we have today, we couldn’t be more grateful.

Every single person who has trained with us has played a part in making TrueFit what it is. Whether you’ve been with us from day one or joined us recently, thank you for trusting us, for showing up, and for bringing your energy into every session.

We’ve watched friendships grow, confidence change, goals get smashed and people achieve things they never thought they could. Being a small part of those journeys is something we’ll never take for granted.
