Two legends

🥊 The Brown Bomber Joe Louis slams a medicine ball into the torso of the great Sugar Ray Robinson helping to condition the pugilistic poets body ready for another of his mesmerising fistic fights.

Louis was an idol to a young aspiring Robinson (Walker Smith at the time), with Sugar carrying the gym bag of one of his hero’s frequently to the gym.
Both of the men pictured hailed from the same area of Black Bottom,Detroit where it’s said it was named Black Bottom for the native areas rich and marshy soil, its also suggested its due to if you sat down anywhere then you would ultimately stand up and be left with a black bottom on your shorts or trousers.
Black Bottom was a predominantly black area which contained over 300 black owned businesses. It was destroyed in the 1960s for the I-375 and I-75 freeways.

Some good advice here I train at the gym and in the park in good weather with a mix of weights, body weight exercises and cardio but at times I ve trained at home it’s a good option especially if you are short on time or need to be at home for other family members
