Looking for a fun and active way to keep the kids entertained this summer? Join us for our Kids Summer CrossFit Camp, packed with fitness, games, challenges, and the chance to make new friends!

Ages: 8–16 years

📅 Dates: Monday, Wednesday & Friday

11am-3:30pm

MURPH - Monday 25th May

For Time:

1-Mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Air Squats
1-Mile Run

Partitioning: While it can be done straight through, most athletes “partition” the reps, commonly in 20 rounds of 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, and 15 squats (known as a “Cindy” style split).

Weight Vest: The prescribed (Rx) weight is 20 lbs for men and 14 lbs for women.
