We are excited to announce we will be launching Yoga + Pilates Classes from July!

We want to continue growing our influence in the local community and be able to reach and help those that may be unable to do high intensity workouts and have been advised to stick to low impact exercise!

We’re working hard on the finer details in the background but will post more when we have more information.

You will not need to be an existing member of TTG to access our Pilates and Yoga Sessions and credits will be able to be purchased on a drop in or pack/bundle basis!

We can’t wait to get started on this new project!!🧘🏽‍♂️🤸‍♀️

TTG Charity Grudge Match!!

We are absolutely buzzing for this!! So we’ve decided to have a fitness grudge match between our two studios at the amazing outdoor gym. Who will be crowned the fittest?? We have some super competitive members so I’m sure this will a super fun and hilarious day out 🤣

CONGRATULATIONS to Sabie as our February Member of the month!! 🥳🎉

Sabie’s been consistently smashing 5 classes per week for a few months putting in everything she’s got in to each one 💯as well as being a friendly face for all the other members to chat to about all things fitness ☺️
