The bikes look complicated. Everyone else looks like they know what they're doing. And you just want to sneak in at the back without getting embarrassed.

We know, because it's basically every new person's first thought about spin.

So we created a class where everyone's new.

A proper walkthrough of the bike before you even start pedalling.
At your own pace the whole way through.
