I am Older Adults and Ante and Postnatal qualified. Come and join us! You have nothing to lose first session is FREE.

Small group online Dance Exercise, Pilates and Body Conditioning classes for all ages and abilities helping people to stay active and improve their lifestyle in the most enjoyable way possible. Our Body Conditioning, Pilates, Dance Exercise classes are designed for all ages (16+) & abilities to help you:
�improve posture & flexibility
�improve mental health
�increase bone density & muscle mass
�i

mprove overall fitness and coordination
�Improve metabolism
�decrease body fat

In addition you will get:
�tips on correct and safe form
�morning and evening classes with a community feel
�download links to catch up later. To enquire please email [email protected] or call/text 07865641539. All live sessions are two-way interactive through your laptop, tablet or smartphone. You will see me live on camera, I will instruct and guide you to get the best results out of your session. All you need is your device, a good internet (WiFi) connection, and a small space to move freely to perform the exercises.

My kind of Sunday 💃🏻💪🧘🏻After teaching three classes with amazing people, I did some kick about with my son in the garden. When Rosie woke up from her nap we picked some home grown cucumbers and courgettes. Look at the size of those cucumbers 🥒 thanks to recent rain cucumbers and courgettes are growing so well this year.
