Four years ago, IVF gave me my first girl and I thought she was the whole miracle. Turns out she was just the beginning.

Then all at once, her twin sisters arrived.
pilates followed close behind. And somewhere between the night feeds and the studio build, a different woman showed up in the mirror.

Steadier. Softer. More sure.

Three girls. One new studio built from the ground up. And a becoming I once dreamed of.

If you’re in your waiting season, for the baby, the business, the version of yourself you can almost see, I see you. It rarely comes on your timeline. But when it does, sometimes it comes all at once. 🤍

I used to wait for a clear schedule to work but guess what? With twins and a toddler, that schedule doesn’t exist. 🤡

My life is fragmented. My brain is fragmented and my to-do list had to become fragmented too.

Once I stopped waiting for 4 hour blocks of time and started categorising my tasks into 5, 15 and 45-minute chunks, the momentum finally shifted. I’m no longer striving to be balanced, I’m just striving to be efficient with the scraps of time I have.

Here’s to trying, failing and surviving ✌️

I’m often asked how I coped mentally through 13 rounds of IVF…

There were moments when the disappointment felt overwhelming and I wondered how I would find the strength to keep going.

Each round brought its own heartache, uncertainty and hurdles.

The one thing I always say is that I learned to celebrate the small wins. I focused on the positives and on what I could do differently to support myself, my lifestyle, my mindset and my wellbeing.

Instead of feeling like my life was constantly on hold for IVF, I tried to make the effort about looking after me.

That shift helped me reconcile just how brutal IVF can be, especially while living with endometriosis.

One thing remained constant through it all: Pilates and exploring the mind–body connection.

This low-impact, high-reward movement became my sanctuary. It was one of the only times I could truly switch off from everything and simply focus on my body, my breath and my happiness.

It means so much to me that I’ve been able to build a career supporting people through movement, from women navigating IVF, endometriosis and pregnancy, to anyone wanting to feel stronger and more connected to their body.

✨ And now, as I prepare to open my Pilates studio in Moseley, Birmingham, I’m so grateful to be able to support people navigating their own journeys with movement, compassion and connection.

The studio will be an inclusive, welcoming space for everyone, rooted in finding balance, regaining control and building meaningful connections.

Sometimes the smallest wins are the ones that carry us through. ♥️
