A lovely lady with right-sided lumbar concave scoliosis who enjoys bouldering. She demonstrated significant overall improvements, particularly in her upper quadrant.

Nonetheless, continuous work is required to address:

• Hip mobility and stability
• Awareness of weight distribution, currently shifted more posteriorly
• Dynamic postural awareness to support bouldering performance

This highlights the key limitation of static posture assessment. It provides valuable baseline information but it cannot capture the dynamic demands, in this case, bouldering.
