The longer we do this, the more convinced we become that lasting change more often comes from support, encouragement and helping people find a version of exercise that feels achievable. Helping people take the next small step, and building momentum from there.

People are far more likely to change their behaviour when they first change the way they think and feel about that behaviour. For example becoming more active.

Once belief, confidence, and identity begin to develop, consistent behaviour becomes far easier to build and sustain.

more likely to be followed through, and easier to return to when things don’t go to plan.

-Half Term With The Children
-Sat on Employment Advisor Boards For Sport and Exercise
-Consultancy Work For Channel Five
-Greener Grass for FitFun BBQ on the 4th of July 😁
-Welcomed a number of new faces at studio and welcomed back some familiar ones too.
What we love is that many of those introductions have come through existing relationships. Neighbours of clients. Friends of clients. Husbands, wives and partners joining one another.
For all the talk of fitness, we still think community is one of the most powerful things we build.
