The Great Outdoor Gym Company (TGO) is a family business manufacturing now 100% in the UK. With over 3000 installations under our belt, we are just getting warmed up. We pride ourselves in providing the safest, best quality and most inspiring outdoor gym facilities for all ages and abilities. Between 2008 and 2012 we rolled out 70 London 2012 gyms called adiZones in conjunction with adidas. These giant outdoor gyms combined with basketball, football and dance spaces. By 2010 we had moved our manuafcturing base 100% to the UK to drive up quality. Hey We also worked with British Royal Marines PTI to create a new range that was more functional and inclusive. In 2012 we installed our first ever outdoor gym that generated electricity. We proved that exercise can be a renewable form of energy. In 2013 we launched an outdoor gym specification with the BSI. Our exports took off in this period to Australia, Singapore, UAE, Mauritius. In 2015 our energy generating gym equipment was featured at the Global Climate Change Conference in Paris. In 2016 we were commissioned to install a gym as part of COP22 in Marrakech. In 2017 we developed more equipment including functional training equipment and rigs. In 2018 and 2019 we developed our smart equipment and TGO activate app. This app helps you find a gym, log and track your workout. In 2020 we set up more new partnerships including a partnership with Hags expanding our coverage of Europe.
2020 we installed an energy generating gym at St Thomas’ hospital symbolising our ethos of movement as medicine. In 2020 we also create a new website www.tgogc.com.
