The Great Outdoor Gym Company (TGO) is a family business manufacturing now 100% in the UK. With over 3000 installations under our belt, we are just getting warmed up. We pride ourselves in providing the safest, best quality and most inspiring outdoor gym facilities for all ages and abilities. Between 2008 and 2012 we rolled out 70 London 2012 gyms called adiZones in conjunction with adidas. These

giant outdoor gyms combined with basketball, football and dance spaces. By 2010 we had moved our manuafcturing base 100% to the UK to drive up quality. Hey We also worked with British Royal Marines PTI to create a new range that was more functional and inclusive. In 2012 we installed our first ever outdoor gym that generated electricity. We proved that exercise can be a renewable form of energy. In 2013 we launched an outdoor gym specification with the BSI. Our exports took off in this period to Australia, Singapore, UAE, Mauritius. In 2015 our energy generating gym equipment was featured at the Global Climate Change Conference in Paris. In 2016 we were commissioned to install a gym as part of COP22 in Marrakech. In 2017 we developed more equipment including functional training equipment and rigs. In 2018 and 2019 we developed our smart equipment and TGO activate app. This app helps you find a gym, log and track your workout. In 2020 we set up more new partnerships including a partnership with Hags expanding our coverage of Europe.

2020 we installed an energy generating gym at St Thomas’ hospital symbolising our ethos of movement as medicine. In 2020 we also create a new website www.tgogc.com.

Julia and Jon are testimony to the power of faith in Christ. So many of us are facing battles others do not know. Now is the time to unite and help each other find God. Michael Traynor has delivered 5000 hours of faith fitness on tgo gyms and together we are now launching a new free class.

We are excited to start Faith fitness - it is free/ donations for charity - every Wednesday 6pm -7pm starting tomorrow at Ravenscroft Park, Columbia street Flower market with the church of Tower Hamlets.

We first partnered with the church and Michael Traynor in 2019/2020 to build the Shadwell basin gym which has blessed so many. Now we are working with Reverend Michael to roll out more of his Faith fitness classes incorporating prayer and movement.

We are having a little challenge starting at 1pm onwards on our Kalos micros rig:
Max reps… try any or all. We will be capturing the scores and taking them forward to on the battle rig.🔥🔥

For those that want to chill there is volleyball, have a go sessions on the gym, music, food and lots of fun stuff and giveaways. For those of you that are feeling strong and competitive you can have a go at your max reps and see how you compare to the other calisthenics athletes. Dear friends,

What a journey it’s been! We would like to INVITE you to join us for a celebration of what we have all achieved the past few years. Summer is here so we are throwing a BBQ in Shoreditch at a new gym. We will be bringing an extra rig on the day too to play with.

We have worked with so many of you over the years and this is a chance for us to get together. DJ Mystery J will be playing some uplifting house music.

We are looking for activators for our gyms, so come along if you are interested in working with us in the future.

We are launching some new classes in Shoreditch on our gyms to reflect the themes of body, mind and spirit and we will be having our activators on hand to give some demos.

This journey is about all of us as anyone that has been to a TGO gym is part of our family. So please do come along and say hi! We all have amazing stories to tell.
