"Palmers boxing academy" boxing academy This is a new boxing club and is now open, we have ABA official trainers and all ages are welcome.

The club is all about fitness, fun and exercise. The club is open MON, WED, FRI for boxing sessions and TUES, THURS for ladies only boxercise. If you are shy, not to worry doing one of these sessions truly does build your self confidence. Just remembet EVERYONE is WELCOME so why not come along and have a look around to see if you would like to try and have complete fun.

Just a little reminder about the open day tomorrow, bbq and refreshments available for a small fee starts at 1.30pm so dont forget to come along and join in the fun. So we hope to see you there everybody and dont forget about our mystery guest

Just another reminder everyone, dont forget the open day on Saturday. We have got a mystery celebrity guest to officially open the boxing club and there is going to be lots of activities and a raffle available.

Hi everyone dont forget we are having a open day at the boxing club on Saturday 30th July 2011 where you can have a look around the club and join in some fun activities, also there will be a bbq and refreshments available.
