Lisburn Rugby Club Currently fielding 3 Men's teams, a Ladies team, U12-U18 youth sections and a thriving mini's section Training is 7pm Tuesday nights and 7pm Thursdays.

Lisburn Rugby Club currently fields 3 senior teams in Kukri Qualifying 2 and Junior Leagues 3 & 5. We welcome players of all standards and if you are interested in joining please get in contact by messaging us. Youth teams for U12s, U14s, U16s and U18s who train at 7pm on Wednesday nights. Ladies training from 7pm on a Wednesday

​Looking to improve your fitness in a relaxed, social environment? The Lisburn RFC Run Club is the place to be! Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting out, all abilities are welcome.

​When: Every Thursday @ 7:00 PM
​Route: Easy 4K–5K run at a relaxed pace
​Where: Meeting at Lisburn RFC

​Come for the fitness, stay for the great company. We’re keeping these sessions as a social space for the grown-ups (18+), so it’s the perfect excuse to lace up, grab some fresh air, and enjoy a bit of "me-time" with the team.
