Our brand-new equipment studio opens on 1st September, with small-group Classical Pilates equipment sessions running on Monday & Thursday mornings, with a maximum of 4 people.

Supporting your Classical Reformer work you will experience other Classical Pilates equipment, including the Tower, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel & Spine Corrector. These sessions will help you build on what you have learned in your Classical Reformer sessions deepening your understanding of the method and bringing variety into your practice.

Prerequisite to booking your equipment classes in The Loft: You have completed either 6 Private sessions or 10 Reformer sessions. We look forward to welcoming you up to The Loft Studio 💕

The more I hear about “Reformer” studios opening everywhere & quick, online trained teachers the more I want to return to how I was taught to teach Pilates 20 years ago before it became a trend.

Learn the method on all the equipment. Think circuits (but not really). Through the full repertoire.

Alongside our Classical Reformer Pilates classes, we are opening up the rest of the equipment to everyone. Until now, it’s only been available to private clients and I realised so many of you were missing the chance to experience these incredible pieces.
