How smart does the boss look in his new ABF clothing! 🔥

Both items are lightweight performance fabric, so absolutely perfect for the warmer weather! ☀️ The shorts are slightly different from our old performance fabric ones, as they aren’t lined, therefore are much lighter and cooler ❄️

Both items are being rigorously tested by Jack as he trains for his ultramarathon - if they can survive this, then they are definitely life-proof! 🤣

🦵 LBT MORNING CLASS 🍑

Due to the popularity of our evening LBT class, we have started a small group session on Fridays at 9:15am at Liphook Rec. This class will be limited to 8 people; so you can get the full attention of the instructor, who will offer help on technique and frequent motivation. Some may even find you’re able to work harder in a small group, without feeling intimidated.

As with our other LBT class, this will be a low impact class, well suited to all abilities. We’re hoping this addition will compliment our new beginners classes in Liphook & Haslemere too.

If you’re interested in LBT or the beginners classes, please get in touch. First session is FREE for newcomers! 🥳

Cor, this new model we’ve got is a bit of a sort 👀

Don’t mind - just goofing around in his new trackies! On frosty days like this, Jack layers up with our hoodies/sweatshirts and joggers, which keep him warm for his outdoor sessions all day!

In my opinion, the only thing he’s missing, is a nice bobble hat ….. 😂

Sorry we’ve been MIA! We’ve been busy growing a baby 👶🏼🤰🏼

Very exciting news in the AfterBurn camp! Fortunately I know someone who supplies the softest, stretchiest and comfiest leggings! So far I haven’t had to switch to maternity workout wear, simply switched to a bigger size of our seamless leggings 😄
