Next week is fully booked with clients and the following week is becoming booked up too- I am always roughly two weeks ahead with bookings so please make sure you’re booking sessions in advance to save disappointment

due to being busy I cannot ‘hold’ sessions unless they have been paid for in advance & I also cannot book in sessions on the day of either

1. Book your sessions to save disappointment
2. All sessions must be paid in full
3. Less than 24hrs notice cancellation is fully chargeable
4. If sessions need to be rescheduled I will try my hardest to fit you in

Another polite notice to all, I am still currently two weeks in front with clients and given my other gym responsibilities, messages to book in on the same day are far too late! Sessions NEED to be booked & confirmed in advance to save disappointment & paid in full before sessions commence

Meet Claire. Claire joined the coaching team last at some point between one of the lockdowns last year so her classes didn’t really get going before they had to stop.

Claire runs a ladies only Muaythai session, geared around fitness and cardio. Whilst Claire is a successful Muaythai fighter, these classes are designed for ladies wanting to get fit, learn something new, have fun all under the carful eye of the best coach you could ask for.

Claire was first introduced to martial arts at 4 years old, through her father who was a Karate instructor. Although she trained in Karate for a number of years, it wasn't until she went travelling at 21, when she feel in love with Thailand and the sport of Muaythai. She began training at the well known Tiger Muaythai gym, where she spent 3 months training twice a day, six days a week. In 2012, and after 2 years of travelling South East Asia and Australia, Claire returned to London where she trained and began fighting out of KO Gym in East London. She's since returned to Thailand on numerous occasions, training at several gyms and fought twice at local stadiums in Phuket, winning both fights.

In 2017, Claire commenced teaching beginners Muaythai at Gymbox in London, before taking a break to bring up her now 3 year old twins. When her twins were just a year old, she resumed fighting out of the Hertford Combat Academy and is currently professionally ranked 8th in the UK.

Don’t hesitate, get yourself booked in for one of her sessions Ona Tuesday morning, or a Thursday early evening. You won’t regret it

Client notice:

Please book sessions in advance in order to secure a time that suits both you and I. Given my other responsibilities at the gym I cannot book and/or change sessions at short notice.

Plenty of notice = disappointment avoided! â˜ș

In addition, if you need to cancel or delay a session please provide me with as much notice as possible. I require 24 hours notice to cancel or rearrange a session otherwise the session is chargeable.

I have a few slots open for Personal Training for anyone interested and once they’re gone, they’re gone! Please DM me for info and availability. Sessions are only available at athlete movement
