Hello my gorgeous fabfitters!

Had a bit of a hiatus on this group after life got a bit crazier than usual😅 BUT I’m glad to say I am back posting and am really excited for class to be resuming this week after our summer holidays break!

Disco week went with a BANG!!!

We had the best time at the second disco week that FabFit has had since we started and it’s safe to say we had an absolute party!

‘Hello everyone!!!

Super last minute and late notice so i do apologise massively but there is NO CLASS this week!

I am currently (and very excitingly) on forest schools training this week and was not notified that my training would finish at 4:45 each day (originally stated 4:30) so this means I won’t have time to get from my training to the hall in time to start for class.

I’m not one for last minute cancellations and hate to mess you guys around but unfortunately the timings just aren’t working in my favour this week🙈 i hope you can all understand and we will 100% be back next week (23rd) back to normal! I hope you all have the most fabulous week and are enjoying the ☀️

Happy Bank Holiday weekend all!!!

We are feeling recharged and ready for a new week and finally enjoying some sunshine☀️

We have just put out a poll on our WhatsApp group to find out when the next disco week will be happening and we can’t wait to get the lights out and the glow sticks glowing again🌈🪩

HELLO THERE!

Long time no speak on this page, life has been super crazy at the minute but I am back and hoping to be posting more often on here!

Coming up this week we have 3 new songs on our playlist and I’ve made sure to pick you only absolute bangers🕺💃🏻

Here’s a little snippet of what I get up to on the weekends (alongside a full time 1:1 support assistant at a school in the week) - it’s always go go go!

Get your glow sticks out, it’s disco week!!! FabFit is so excited to bring you its first ever disco week! Still dancing to the same funky tunes you know and love with added disco lights and glow sticks to create the best party atmosphere ever!!! Please let me know if you’d like to join us on Thursday, I’d love to see as many of your happy faces as possible - and please feel free to wear something bright or funky if you wish.
