On a competitive level, competitive cheerleading combines dancing, gymnastic and acrobatic stunts which helps particpants' co-ordination, teamwork skills and self-confidence. White Rose Cheer offers the opportunity to learn cheerleading in a safe, fun and inclusive environment from coaches with over 10 years' experience. Domestic, National, and International opportunities available.

Our Recreational Floor & Vault Gymnastics classes are getting ready to return for another season! 🎉

Whether you’re completely new to gymnastics or already have some experience, our classes are the perfect place to learn, have fun, make friends and build your skills! 💪✨

⏰ Wednesdays 5–6pm

Ready to take your skills to the next level? 💪

Our Development Teams are designed for athletes who are ready to challenge themselves, build their confidence and work towards progressing to the next level.

And we’re incredibly proud to share that 86% of our Development athletes from last season moved up a level this season! 🥹👏

Here’s what Development Teams offer:
⭐ £25 per month
⭐ 2 hours of training per month
⭐ Train at least one level above your current stunt ability
⭐ Develop skills, confidence & performance ability
⭐ Finish the season with an exhibition performance
