We're not messing about with our first camp, bring in the quality to help you level up your wrestling for MMA game.

Join us at for an exclusive two-day camp led by Head Coach Ash Roden.

Among his wrestling accolades are:

- English Champion
- ⁠British Champion
- ⁠Home Nations Champion
- ⁠Celtic Cup Winner
- ⁠Team GB Wrestler

As well as this, Ash is a longtime MMA fighter who has represented his nation in the IMMAFs and a BJJ brown belt so he's perfectly attuned to how wrestling needs to be adapted for your MMA game.

Joining Ash for a guest coaching spot at the camp is , another incredible wrestler who brings a wealth of experience to the weekend, including:

Silver for Yorkshire Wrestling Club competitor and assistant coach Ik at the British Nationals this weekend.

Ik competed at 61kg and bumped up to the 70kg veterans where he earned his medal.

Leading from the front and testing himself on the mats.
