Had my legend of a client in today -Peter who is 80 years young and never been to a gym.

This is my client Peter who’s an absolute legend and a fighter. Peter had an accident that left him with a broken neck, a spinal cord injury and as a tetraplegic. He’s been battling to get better and stay strong both physically and mentally 💪🧠

Most of us have had our ups and downs in lockdown but for Peter it’s been harder than any of us can possibly imagine.

I knew Peter before his accident and he was one of the fittest guys in the gym. Then tragedy hit and Peter’s world was turned upside down along with his devoted wife’s. He’s got a close team of friends who also keep him sane.

Peter is now working incredibly hard to regain strength and nerve feelings in his body using a variety of exercises.

He often gets spasms in his stomach which he says “it’s fine, be right they’ll pass!” 😳

The way he deals with everything is absolutely inspiring and awesome to see.
