Re-introducing Ryan – Personal Trainer & Coach 💪

Many of you will already know Ryan from his time as General Manager here at Jetts Rothwell.

After two years helping to run the club and support our members, Ryan is now stepping away from the management role to focus more fully on what he does best - personal training and coaching.

Ryan has over nine years of coaching experience and has helped over 250 men and women:

✅ Lose body fat
✅ Build muscle and strength
✅ Improve their confidence in the gym
✅ Create sustainable routines that fit around everyday life

Having personally lost 50kg and completely transformed his own health and physique, Ryan understands that lasting results require more than just being handed a workout plan.

His coaching combines personalised training, realistic nutrition coaching, accountability and ongoing support - without extreme diets or spending hours every day in the gym.

He has a limited number of spaces available for anyone ready to make a genuine change.
