Kickboxing last night was absolutely amazing! It was wonderful watching our juniors progress and blossom, and fantastic to see several new faces in the senior session—including parents joining in on the training. Everyone absolutely smashed it, and I couldn't be more proud of all my students! 🥋🔥

Yesterday was one of my proudest moments as an instructor at Monty’s School of Kickboxing! 🥊
Eight of our incredible juniors graded for their red belts. These mini MSK Warriors and Warriorettes truly EARNED every bit of them. The MSK syllabus is not for the faint-hearted—it completely puts you through your paces. These kids crushed over 10 rounds of non-stop punches, kicks, elbows, and knees!
Huge congratulations to you all. One very happy, very proud instructor right here! 🙌🔥
