Betsy spent years being the woman who was always “starting again.”

Monday she’d be all in.

By Thursday she’d had a stressful day, gone off track and convinced herself she’d ruined it.

Then she’d disappear for a few weeks.

Maybe a few months.

Before finding herself back at square one wondering why nothing ever changed.

It wasn’t that she didn’t want it.

She wanted it badly.

Her wedding was coming up and she wanted to feel amazing.

Confident in her dress.

Confident in the photos.

Confident walking into a room without immediately thinking about how she looked.

But wanting it and consistently doing the things needed to get there felt like two completely different things.

Let’s just say if you’d told Betsy she’d become a gym lover, she’d have told you where to go 🤣

She saw it as something fit people enjoyed.

Not her.

She’d go if she had to.

But she wasn’t exactly skipping through the doors.

Fast forward to now and she’s become one of those annoying people who actually likes training🤪

The woman who couldn’t stay on track now has routines.

The woman who kept stopping and starting now just keeps going.

And that’s why this transformation is so special.

Because losing weight is great.

But finally becoming the person you spent years trying to be?

That’s the real win 🤍

If you’re struggling to hit your protein, I can almost guarantee it’s not because you don’t know it’s important.

You know it’s important.

You’ve probably heard it about 47 times this week 🤣

The problem is you’re trying to force yourself to eat more chicken.

More eggs.

More tuna.

And by the end of the day you’d rather do anything else.

So instead of hitting your target, you end up miles short and wondering why your body isn’t changing.

Make it easier.

I have multiple protein flavours on the go at once because eating the exact same thing every day can feel boring.

One day it’s Mini Egg.

The next it’s Tiramisu.

The next it’s Sticky Toffee Pudding.

Same yogurt.

Same oats.

Completely different experience.

The easier and more enjoyable you make the process, the more likely you are to stick to it.

And the women who get results aren’t usually aren’t changing their meals every single day

They’re just making it easier to stay consistent.

If you’re struggling to hit your protein, use my code CERYS on the Per4M website and make your life a little easier 💅🏼

I get why these diets are appealing.

You’re fed up.

Summer is coming.

You want the weight off yesterday.

So someone promises you’ll lose 10lbs drinking shakes and suddenly it sounds like a brilliant idea.

Until you’re 4 days in, starving, miserable and watching your colleague eat a sandwich like it’s the best thing you’ve ever seen 🤣

The scales go down and you think:

“Finally. I’ve found something that works.”

Then you start eating food again.

And the weight comes back.

Now you’re frustrated.

Not just because the weight came back.

Because you got your hopes up.

Again.

That’s the bit that hurts.

You start wondering if you’re the problem.
If you’ll ever be able to keep weight off.

But if the plan falls apart the second you eat normally again...

The plan was the problem.

Not you.

You deserve better than spending your life losing the same 10lbs over and over again.

You deserve a way of eating that works on a random Tuesday, on holiday, when work is stressful and when life isn’t perfect.

That’s what gets results that actually stay 🤍

For years Kierra did what most women do.

Start a diet.
Lose some weight.
Feel amazing.

Then the diet ended.

Old habits crept back in.

The weight came back on.

And she was left standing in front of the mirror wondering:

“How have I ended up back here again?”

So she’d start again.

Another Monday.
Another diet.
Another promise to herself that this time would be different.

Every cycle left her more frustrated.

More defeated.

Less trusting of herself.

Not because she couldn’t lose weight.

She’d proven she could do that.

The problem was she never stayed with the process long enough to build a lifestyle that could actually maintain the results.

But that has changed now!

The weight is gone.

But more importantly, it’s staying gone.

Because this wasn’t about another quick fix.

It was about learning how to eat, train and live in a way she could actually sustain.

When work gets busy.
When life gets stressful.
When things aren’t perfect.

No more starting again every Monday.

No more losing the same weight every year.

No more wondering if she’s the problem.

Just a woman who finally trusted the process long enough to see what happens when she stops quitting on herself 🤍

I think one of the saddest things you can do is make yourself feel bad about a journey you’re actually making progress on.

You lose a few pounds.

Start showing up to the gym.

Become more consistent.

Start making choices that future you will thank you for.

And instead of being proud…

You open Instagram and decide none of it matters because someone else is further ahead.

Now you’re not celebrating your wins.

You’re using someone else’s life as a measuring stick for your own.

And that’s a game you’ll never win.

Because there will always be someone leaner.

Someone stronger.

Someone richer.

Someone further ahead.

The question is:

Would the version of you from a year ago be proud of where you are now?

Because that’s the comparison that actually matters.

Not the woman who’s been doing it for 10 years.

Not the influencer whose entire life revolves around fitness.

You.

The version of you who nearly gave up.

The version of you who wanted to feel better.

The version of you who just wanted a chance.

Stop looking around.

Look back.

I think you’d be surprised by how far you’ve actually come 🤍

Over 5 stone gone.

For years Megan was stuck in the cycle so many women know all too well.

Lose weight.

Gain it back.

Promise herself this time would be different.

Gain it back again.

Every time feeling more frustrated.

More defeated.

More convinced that maybe she was the problem.

She was terrified of the gym.

Food consumed her thoughts.

Every day felt like a battle between trying to be “good” and then ending up bingeing because she was so fed up of restricting herself.

She didn’t trust herself around food.

Had no confidence.

And honestly, she’d stopped believing she could actually change.

Megan went from 115kg (18.11stone) → 81.25kg (12.7 stone)

But the weight loss isn’t even the best part.

She loves training.

The gym is no longer something she fears, it’s somewhere she wants to be.

She can go to social events without guilt.

Food doesn’t control every thought in her head.

And she’s built confidence through proving to herself over and over again that she can do hard things.

Because the goal was never just to lose weight.

It was to stop feeling trapped in a body and mindset that made her unhappy.

If you’re currently stuck in the lose weight, gain weight, start again cycle...

Please know this:

You are not broken.

You do not need another extreme diet.

And you are capable of far more than you think.

Megan worked her arse off for this.

But she also stopped fighting herself and finally followed a plan that fit her life 🤍
