Dear Members,

We are pleased to share an important update regarding the proposed new covered Padel courts at Huntingdon Tennis Club.

We are delighted to confirm that the Club has officially secured £300,000 of Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) funding from Huntingdonshire District Council. This is a significant milestone for the project and reflects strong support for the development of our facilities.

Over the next few months we will be working closely with Huntingdonshire District Council, Alliance Leisure (the proposed main contractor), Saunders Boston Architects and the LTA to finalise the design and establish a clear project timeline.

Once we have more detailed information, we will invite all members to attend a meeting where we will present the final proposals and provide an opportunity for discussion and feedback.

The overall winners will be announced at the National Ceremony on Thursday 16th April 2026 at the National Tennis Centre.
