Before we swing, kip, or turn rings…
We build isometric strength on static apparatus.
Why? 👇🏼
✅ Teaches proper positions
✅ Builds joint and tendon resilience
✅ Develops body awareness and control
✅ Creates strength that actually transfers
Only once the foundation is solid do we progress to dynamic movements like the rings.
This is coaching — not just letting people have a go and hope for the best.
