As body, mind & life transformation coaches, we believe strong health & fitness requires more than just a gym membership. That’s why there are a number of ways you can train with us at our Godmanchester, Alconbury Weald & St. However you train with us, our aim is to share everything we know about developing strong health & fitness, and to motivate & instruct you to feel proud of your physical achievements.
🔥 T.U.F Conditioning Sessions
Our staple total body fitness sessions; focused on improving your cardiovascular fitness, alongside building strength and body shape change. Achieved through using weights and higher intensity interval training at our Godmanchester and St. Ives gyms.
🏋🏼♂️ T.U.F Barbell Club
This is our ultimate accountability ‘TUF Transformation’ program utilising a number of training methods such as cross-training, Barbell weight lifting and TUF Conditioning elements. With the outcome of helping you drop body fat, increase lean muscle size and definition, ramp up strength levels and totally transform. Only available at our St Ives gym, which has been recently upgraded to provide a bespoke and unique training environment that is lacking in the local area.
💪🏼 Open Gym Membership
Essentially this gains you Gym access to our fully equipped Alconbury Weald facility to train on your own. We also have done-for-you, app-based programs for separate purchase if you need a program to follow with your membership.
