Members!!!

The new flooring for the 2 upstairs rooms is being laid between the 6th of May and the 15th of May.

During this time at least one of the rooms upstairs will be shut for a few days at a time.

That leaves the downstairs room and one of the upstairs rooms open while the other room is being fitted (hours may change, but no decision has been made yet).

The Free Weights Room will be getting laid first with new rubber flooring. We will move some of the dumbbells in to the Machine Room so they will still be able to be used.

But when we come to lay the Machine Room floor with NEW and NICER carpet, that room will be shut completely and the entrance to the free weights room will be diverted.

At most it will be two weeks of disruption but we will try our best to keep things rolling as much as possible. Classes may be cancelled.

As of February the class timetable will change every so slightly.

Our Wednesday Spin Class will now be on a Thursday at 17:30, and our Body Pump on a Thursday will now be switched to a Wednesday at 17:45.

We have also added another BoxFit Class on a Wednesday evening due to a number of people asking for one mid week.

Everything else will stay the same for the time being.

If you have places booked on these classes from Feb onward, you will need to re-book.
