My journey started when I was a teenager. I was overweight so I decided to try a restrictive diet. I was starving myself to get the results and the body I dreamt about. Loosing weight by dieting is achievable but maintaining the weight o

nce it has been lost is much more challenging. I know that feeling when you start gaining the weight again, after you've worked so hard to lose previously. Disappointment, anger, depression, low in mood and loss of motivation. I thought I need to find a way to overcome it. A friend who was a bodybuilder advised me to start working out and build some muscles. And this is how it all started and not so long after I turned into a raving fitness fan. I decided to share my passion for healthy lifestyle and fitness, by educating and empowering my clients I make them feel accountable for their life and health. I am a qualified personal trainer, fitness, lifestyle and motivation coach also certified in postural retraining and corrective exercise including functional training for sports and rehabilitation, back care and specific populations like: older adults, diabetes, obesity, arthritis, osteoporosis, pregnancy and adolescents. I am certified in body composition analysis and accelerated fat loss including nutrition based consultations. Do you want to lose on weight, feel happy and healthy? Or, maybe you just want to increase your fitness level but your job requires long hours and you think you won't have time to work out, or maybe you feel intimidated by the gym environment ? I provide an exercise plan in addition with motivational and nutrition support for clients so they stay focused and motivated, enabling them to achieve their goals. My mission is to educate, empower and make clients accountable for their life and health. I recognize that everyone is different so my programs are designed to suit an individual needs. BURPEES - do you hate them or love them?
Here's why I LOV BURPEES!!

In addition to burning fat, including burpees in your workout routine can help you reap many other cardio benefits, such as:
stronger heart and lungs.
improved blood flow.
lower risk of heart disease and diabetes.
lower blood pressure.
improved cholesterol levels.
improved brain function.

Start with adding 3 sets of 5- 10 burpees to your workout routine, if you can do more aim for 10-20 or more.
