And we're back from our mini-vacay last week, feeling refreshed and ready to tumble 🤸‍♀️... 😅 With the nights getting darker earlier, our classes are the perfect excuse to ditch the Netflix binge and get your fitness on! Springfit is a growing community built around gymnastics, trampolining, parkour and movement, helping children and adults build confidence, strength and skills in a fun, supportive environment.

From your child’s first roll to competition-level training, we’re here to help people play, learn and thrive.

With clubs across Surrey and Sussex, a Springfit is waiting for you. We aren't the new kids on the block; we have been operating for almost two decades.
