Ellastics established on 6th Sep 2011, provide rec general gymnastics to squad level.
4-18 year olds in Surrey. We currently run at the following venues:
Trinity Oaks CofE School, Brookfield Drive, Horley, RH6 9NS

Carrington School, Noke Drive, Redhill, Surrey, RH1 4AD

• British Gymnastics (BG) Rise award scheme
• Opportunities to perform at friendly competitions for all, and summer fairs for squad.
• Gymnastic party hosts!
• Private classes

They all coped really well, lots of breaks, drinks, laying down, shade, splash from a bucket, fan time. Plan adaptions.
Trampette was a focus for the day.

☀️Lillia elephant lift on blocks only had 1 finger support each side of her hips
