Before our game in the FA Vase this Saturday, we wanted to share this brilliant and insightful interview that The Football Hipster recorded with first team manager Andy Lampard after our The Emirates FA Cup win.

Hear how Andy has worked to build an unreal dressing room, helped by having three brothers in the same team, and a core of players that socialise outside of football. Andy believes they deserve days like this.

The Bears were formed just one year after the Lobsters, making them one of the oldest teams in Kent.
