Core Reform My name is Amanda Harpin I have been passionate about fitness, rehabilitation and mental health for all my adult life.

I became a Personal Trainer at 40 after meeting a young women trainer in "The Warwickshire" and realizing women trust women and men respect women who understand our physical and mental differences. A few years later I qualified as a Pilates instructor and then a Yoga instructor. More recently becoming a Reformer Instructor and opening a Pilates Reformer Studio in the Village of Holmfirth

ighted to be building the trust of may like minded women and men as we explore just how fabulous reformer Pilates is. We are now approximately two thirds women to men as more and more women and men start reforming their over worked over stressed bodies. All bodies of all ages can reform and you are welcome to come and see what it is all about. We didn't get the body we have today overnight and Pilates takes time and consistency to build us and reform us to a healthier, stronger and more flexible person. Also welcoming people who have experienced the Reformer before and those who want to take their fitness or sport to the next competitive level.
