Thereโ€™ll be plenty to get stuck into โ€” weeding, cleaning, tidying and lots more. Even an hour or two will make a massive difference!

From this week, our sessions will become ๐—ง๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ฐ๐—ต ๐—ฅ๐˜‚๐—ด๐—ฏ๐˜† ๐—ณ๐—ผ๐—ฟ ๐—ช๐—ฒ๐—น๐—น๐—ฏ๐—ฒ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด and will now take place every Wednesday until September.

Weโ€™ve also opened the sessions up to both men and women, so everyone is welcome to come along, get active, meet new people and enjoy a relaxed hour of touch rugby.

No experience is neededโ€”just turn up and get involved.

Weโ€™re on the lookout for a passionate sports therapist to support our brilliant womenโ€™s team!

This paid role, working on a self-employed basis, involves a commitment to Thursday evening training and some Sunday fixtures, providing first aid, pitch-side assistance, and player injury rehabilitation. With just a few hours a week, youโ€™ll make a big impact this rugby season.

Weโ€™re delighted to announce Mike Lowe as the new Head Coach of our Crusaders Womenโ€™s Team. ๐ŸŸก๐ŸŸข

Mike brings with him extensive playing experience and is now taking the next step by adding coaching to his repertoire. As a familiar face around the club and a regular for our menโ€™s team, he knows what Crusaders is all about.

With a strong understanding of the womenโ€™s game, Mike is excited to build on the fantastic progress the team has made over the last few seasons and help drive them forward.

Weโ€™re looking forward to seeing Mike in his new role and wish him and the squad every success for the season ahead.
