We have our Rookie Rugby Nights every first Wednesday of every month!

We are fully inclusive, and that means our team is trans-inclusive 🏳️‍⚧️

Meeting for before 7:00 pm, ready to play in weather-appropriate training gear, trainers or moulds, and a bottle of water for hydration...Cardio!!!

Arriving to start at 7:00 p.m., ready for cardio and a warm-up, followed by drills and skills, then a game or two.

Followed by a chat and a few drinks in the players' bar afterwards.

Come along and meet our tribe, make some friends, learn some rugby skills, and most importantly, have some fun!

Join our Rookie Rugby Night—held every first Wednesday of the month—where new players start together and learn the basics of touch with a dedicated coach during a 4-week intro program.

No pressure, just good vibes, great people, and plenty of fun!

✅ Start alongside other newbies—no getting thrown in at the deep end!
✅ Build confidence & skills before joining the main squad.

November is Trans Awareness Month — a celebration and recognition of transgender communities and people.

Trans Awareness Month also includes Transgender Day of Remembrance, honouring the memory of the transgender people whose lives were lost in acts of anti-trans violence.
