He has conducted 1000s of in-person and online personal training sessions, helping 100s of people to get leaner, fitter and stronger. Carlos helps clients to celebrate their uniqueness, understa

nding that we all have different body types and varying levels of personal fitness. He trains a wide range of clients from teenagers to seniors, having worked with people that have never set foot into a gym before, right through to the hardcore gym goers. He is a versatile trainer with a broad skill-set and a very friendly, personable approach to his work.

HNY Everyone 🥳. Did 2 hours of gym yesterday which included a few laps of the park to finish up. Make sure you keep yourself fit and in good condition, your body has to last you a long time. Your car gets a service and MOT each year and it needs to be used to get the miles in. A car can generally be inactive for up to two weeks with minimal risk, but leaving it for over a month introduces higher risks like battery drain, flat-spotted tires, fuel degradation, and potential brake/fluid issues, with significant damage possible after 6 months or a year. Your body is exactly the sane in some ways, it’s a series of moving parts with an engine that is your heart and lungs. It needs daily and weekly movement to keep it good ❤️
