The countdown is officially on! In just one week, Crusaders RFC will be transformed for a full festival weekend packed with live music, street food, family fun, touch rugby, games, camping and that unbeatable Crusaders atmosphere.

None of that comes close to winning the Crus Fest GOAT Trophy.

This isn’t just an award.

Pull a pint. Park a car. Help set up. Pick up some litter. Save my sanity.

The truth is Crus Fest only happens because volunteers give up a few hours to help.

Without volunteers, there is no festival.

Without a festival, there is no GOAT.

And nobody wants to live in a world like that.

Well that is that , the season is officially over.
What a fantastic presentation day we had alongside our u14 girls at Crusaders Rugby Club

Everyone has worked so hard this season and we have loved every second, we cant wait to move into the next and continue to watch these young ladies take the rugby world by storm.

A great way to end a fantastic season with our wonderful U14 girls (and U12s of course).

It’s been a pleasure to watch them develop as rugby players and young ladies and they’re all simply awesome.

NORFOLK u14s GIRLS CUP FINAL RESULT
Crus 12 - 25 Wild Dragons

It wasnt to be for our Crusaders Girls Rugby u14s in the NorfolkCup Final yesterday. Missing some key players and a carrying a few injuries the girls still played with all the grit and determination they have shown all season but it wasnt quite enough against a brilliant Dragons cluster side who had strength and pace in depth.

Despite the loss its been an incredible season for the u14s winning almost all their matches and more imprortantly having loads of fun both in training and games.

Well-done Girls, as always we are very, very proud of you all. 💚💛

NORFOLK u18 GIRLS CUP FINAL RESULT
CRUS U18s 42 - TITANS 17.

Sensational win for Crusaders Girls Rugby u18s beating Titans yesterday in a match that ebbed and flowed.

Crus were out of the blocks quickly but a three-try lead was soon cut back with Titans scoring twice in reply.

A fourth try from Crus made the half time score 22 -12.

After the break Josephine completed her hat-trick but Titans hadnt given up and a further score kept them in the game with 20 minutes remaining.

Crus had to dig deep at times and defend for decent periods but ultimately their strength in the carry and ability to pass and off-load caused too many problems, three further tries from Alice, Sophie and Mae meant crus finished convincing winners.

What a phenomenal win. 44-0. The result doesn’t do Phoenixes justice as they fought hard. But a gutsy win and now two time winners for the U16s of The Norfolk Cup! 🔰💛💚
