🎉 **CHARITY RAFFLE WINNERS ANNOUNCED!** 🎉

What a day we had at our **Summer Games**! ☀️💪

From the very beginning, our aim has always been to make our gyms more than just a place to train. We want them to be a hub for the local community — a place where people come together, support each other, and make a positive impact beyond the gym walls.

That’s why, with every event we run, we choose a local charity close to our community to support. This year, we were proud to raise money for **Growing Hope** — a fantastic charity based at Kings Community Church, supporting children and young people with learning difficulties. ❤️

A huge thank you to everyone who bought a raffle ticket, got involved, and helped us raise an incredible **£335** for this brilliant cause.

We sold **67 tickets** (and amazingly, exactly the same number were sold at Chandlers Ford Gym too! 👀), showing once again what an amazing community we have built together.

We said there would be more, and this is just the start. You really do not want to miss The Summer Games at HEG and CFG. Those that know us, know we do things locally. We reinvest locally. We use local firms. Everything we do goes back into the community. So when we spotted this, it was just something we had to give to you, whilst supporting a growing LOCAL business.

🔥 RECOVER LIKE A PRO – EXCLUSIVELY AT THE SUMMER GAMES! ❄️

We're really excited to welcome .wellness Recovery to this year's Summer Games at Hedge End Gym AND Chandlers Ford Gym on Saturday August 1st.

As part of your Summer Games experience, NERVA will be bringing their fantastic wood-fired sauna and ice recovery baths, giving members the chance to experience contrast therapy after taking on the day's challenges.

Whether you've smashed the sled push, survived the dead hang or given everything in the Community Relay, why not finish the day by treating your body to something a little different?

Recovery is an important part of any fitness journey, and this is a fantastic opportunity to experience a recovery method used by athletes around the world—all as part of what promises to be an incredible community event.

A huge thank you to NERVA Recovery for supporting our Summer Games and helping us make the day even more special for our members and local community.
