‼️CLIENT RESULTS‼️

My client has been struggling since she started with me, she is loving our PT sessions but she's found it really hard to calorie track and stick to her protein target.

She could do it for a couple of weeks but would struggle at the weekends because of going out socially then this would set her off track and make her upset and annoyed with herself, it was a bit of a vicious circle.

So she has made a lifestyle change and started turning things around. After tracking consistently for nearly 2 weeks, sticking to her protein target and upping her steps she is starting to see the results she would like!

I am amazed at what she has achieved she looks fantastic!

This is just the beginning she is still going to continue her journey to get exactly where she wants to be but it has now all clicked into place for her 😊

So proud of you!!! You know who you are ❤

This is why I love my job!!! Look at these results in just 5 weeks from implementing a change of lifestyle.

When my clients stick to plans they get the results they want!!

Lilly has had baby Mason recently and just wasn't feeling body confident, she started PT with me once a week and I gave her a daily calorie target, along with a protein and steps target and she has stuck to it for only 5 weeks and look at her results already!!😍😁 She also feels more energetic, productive and confident through eating more food...yes MORE food!!!!

Couldn't be prouder of her and she is one happy mumma!! Well done beautiful girl ❤️

WHAT IS THE GYM TO ME??

To me the gym is, happiness, strength, power and my job!

It makes me happy, it makes me strong, it gives me confidence and gives me power, I have also made friends for life in the gym and on top of all that comes the added bonus that it makes me look good!! Well I think so!!🤣🤣

If you aren't getting the results you want physically from the gym think about the other influences it has on your life in the meantime!

It takes balls to be even be there don't forget that 😁
