Switch Gym Well equipped gym in Hayward's Heath town centre, with a team of professional fitness experts. Switch is a gym dedicated to the overall wellness of its clients.

We are not a company whose aim is simply to provide customers with the basic, hum-drum facilities. We will provide our customers with the tools to not only look better, but feel better as well. At Switch, we understand that the current economic climate has made it very difficult for people to give themselves a chance to be fit and well, so we have a set of membership prices that will be far more a

chievable for all. At prices starting at only £28.00, now everyone has a chance to provide themselves with a more healthy way of life and SWITCH! We are open Monday - Friday 06.00 till 21.00, Saturday 08.00 till 18.00, and Sunday 08.00 till 17.00.
