‼️The hardest part isn’t the workout.
It’s the bit before. The car park. The hand on the door. The voice in your head listing all the reasons today isn’t the day.

“I’m not fit enough.”

“I won’t keep up.”

“Everyone else will know what they’re doing.”

We hear it all the time. And every single person who now calls this place their second home walked in thinking exactly the same thing.

Here’s what actually happens:
You’re greeted by name.
The coach scales the workout to you, not the other way round.
You finish your first session sweating, smiling, and slightly shocked at yourself.
A few sessions in, the people next to you stop being strangers.
A few months in, you can’t imagine your week without them.

So what if you’re not too unfit?
What if you do keep up?
What if you walk in nervous and walk out part of something?

After the last few years with some tough challenges to raise money for great causes, this year i wanted to try and push the needle a bit, so I’m running 4 marathons in 4 days and my mate the Silver Fox Wh**ey is rowing 4 marathons in 4 days with me, which we are doing for an incredible charity, .

They support children and young people with long‑term or life‑limiting conditions, as well as families facing bereavement or other really tough situations. They create days out, workshops and “Memory Making Days” that give families something precious to hold onto when life is at its absolute hardest.

So 4 marathons in 4 days for me and 4 marathons on the rower for The Fox and then on the 5th day Murph to finish. Which is with a 10 kg weighted vest = 1 mile run , 100 pull ups, 200 press ups 300 air Squats, 1 mile run which will be with my CrossFit Haywards Heath family and anyone else who wants to come and join us on Sunday the 24th May.

Every pound you donate goes to Forward Facing’s incredible work – giving families magical days out, creative workshops and special events for parents and carers who desperately need a break and a chance to smile again.

If you can:
Donate the cost of a coffee, a pint or 2 or a takeaway.
Share this page with friends, family, colleagues so i can suffer for a good cause.

I’ll do the hard bit (running 104 miles powered mainly by stubbornness and bad life choices).

You can do the heroic bit – supporting Forward Facing so they can keep doing what they do best: making memories when they matter most.
