Join us for a relaxed Picnic & Rounders Day right behind our gym everyone is welcome, no pressure, just a chance to unwind and connect outdoors.

It doesn’t matter if you’re a rounders pro or if it’s been decades since you played this is all about having fun, meeting people, and enjoying a break from the usual fitness routine.

What should you bring?
🍏 A packed lunch think picnic style, whatever you love!
🏃♂️ Yourself rounders is easy to pick up and completely welcoming to beginners

We get it joining new activities can feel intimidating, especially if you’re anxious about fitness settings. But this is a space for laughter, new friendships, and plenty of fresh air no pressure, just good times. 💛

These get-togethers are what we love most: real connections, light competition, and the chance to belong.

The gift all fathers want this Father’s Day… to get strong! And it’s on us 💪

We’re celebrating Father’s Day with keeping active and healthy. From 15th - 21st June you can bring your father to your session. Turn training into a team effort or encourage them to stay fit and active!

Here’s how it works ⬇️

�1. Bring your Father. - All Fathers welcome. That includes partners who are fathers and if your a father yourself, bring your kid!

- A great chance to encourage them to stay fit and healthy for longevity!

2. Of course there are prizes to be won… during the sessions, we’ll have our weekly challenge board but it’ll be for you to compete as a partner team!

3. Clients just need to let coaches know who will be bringing their Father the week prior.

What a great present to give - although dad might think differently after 😜

**If loved one isn’t registered prior, just turns up, they can be refused from session as coaches will need to be aware of who’s going so please let your coach know if you’re bringing someone!

The Body Reset Alignment Workshop with the lovely

You all know how passionate we are about doing movement correctly, with intent and high quality. This is why we’ve got Sophie coming in to do an Alignment Worksop. We know this will be so beneficial to our community .

We know most of you work busy desk jobs and are sat down for long periods of time. Some of you started with us to rehab or recover from a previous injury or knee/ hip replacement. And all of you are in our community getting fitter, healthier and stronger for longevity. Well, this workshop runs beside your training in perfect harmony.

As we build strength, start resistance training, it’s fairly common to find imbalances. Maybe your left glute fires up more than your right. Maybe your core is not that stable. Sophie will identify these so we can feed this back into your sessions with your coach and make an even bigger impact.

This is open for all community and non community members so wether you’re a regular community member here or not, you’re welcome and can join us for just £16.

Cardio isn’t “bad” but for so many people, it’s not the magic solution they’ve been told it is.
The biggest changes often come from:
✨ building strength
✨ creating realistic habits
✨ eating to support your body
✨ moving consistently
Results become much easier to maintain when your routine actually fits your life.
