It's never too late to start looking after heart ❤️

Evidence frequently confirms that exercise is essential at every stage of life, and the physiological effects of (correct) training are arguable reversing the effects of aging, especially in the human heart.

This study proved just a few of the cardiac benefits associated with starting exercise in middle-age, and the findings suggest a potential reversing of the physiological effects of sedentary aging.

Furthermore we know that exercising your heart has a protective benefit against coronary heart disease and later-life heart failure.

NEW HANDSTAND CLASS 🤸‍♂️ Mondays 18:15 (starts July 3rd)

We started messing about with handstands in a barn back in 2019, now we're here with our first weekly Handstand & Inversions class!

Monday nights means regular Handstand, Inversion, and Hand Balance practice with the upside-down community at Sapien Training 🙃

Classes are £10, or grab a Class Pass for £90, and membership options available.
