*To all my amazing members,*
Its with great sadness i will be closeing the gym at the end of February 😔
This is probably one off the hardest things ive done after nearly 7yrs off being here, but with a rent increase, and ever increasing bills and fierce competition unfortunately i have no other choice, which is a shame really because this kind of gym could soon be a thing of the past, which will be sad.
I would like to say though, thank you all for your support over the years, I've been blessed to off met some amazing people and made many friends over the years, and wish you all well on your fitness journey (goals) and in life,
Please call in if you have any questions regarding memberships and so on,

If your coming to gym today folks please be careful there is alot off ice on the road and paths around the gym.

If your venturing to the gym today please be careful there is black ice everywhere around the gym including the yard

Unfortunary the salt box has been used as a bin for empty takeaway containers and half eaten food rather than actual grit salt now😕🙄.

Public notice !!
The gym entrance is not a place for public conveniences, if you find yourself needing to use the toilet please come in and ask, im not that bad.
Unfortunately this lad didnt ask, and got caught on camera and told politely to f off and shamed 🤣
