He came in wanting to make a change, not just physically, but mentally as well. Still active, still busy, but just not feeling his best self.

42 days later:
• Body fat down from 19.68% → 15.68%
• Nearly 3kg of body fat lost
• Lean muscle increased
• Confidence through the roof 💪🏽

The biggest thing for me though?
He was welcomed into the community exactly how we welcome everyone at PRIME — open arms, encouragement, and everyone pushing each other to achieve greatness together.

We’re not running for distance — we’re running for time.

Meet Ryan.
Busy dad. Never been in a gym before.

Over 10 weeks (through Christmas and into the new year) he’s lost 9.7kg following our plan:

– 3 sessions per week
– Whole food nutrition
– Built strength from scratch

He still had Christmas.
He still had nights out.
He still lived his life.

But for the first time he had structure, support and something he can actually stick to long term.

Now he’s stronger, leaner, more confident — and staying with us to push for even more.

If a busy dad starting from zero can do this… you can too.

Some transformations go far beyond weight loss — and Katy’s is one of them.

From the very beginning, this was never just about the number on the scales.
Katy wanted to build real strength.
Add muscle.
And create habits that would help her keep the weight off for good.

What’s happened since has been incredible to witness.

Yes, she’s lost weight.
