A day off trading today as like to take one day off a week and spend some quality time with the family & if I cant make a living trading 6 days a week I cant see how doing 7 days is going to make any difference Whatever your doing today Have a good one

Back to work today after a day off yesterday and spent it rowing my granddaughter down the river Nidd at Knaresborough, not the most inspiring looking days racing today, may look at a couple of races later but may well not bother, will see how I feel later, however whatever you doing today Have a great day

Race selection video, shortlist & all the trading racecourse guides done for members so I can enjoy the rest of the day now. Lots of distractions on Saturday with plenty of racing & family stuff etc so always have a plan & stick to it Have a super Saturday
