I’m hosting this week’s session and it’s going to be a GOOD one…

This week’s workshop focus:
👉 Axle Bar Clean & Press – building strength, power & technique

Followed by:
🔥 A spicy upper body finisher circuit (expect a burn 👀)

This session is open to all abilities – whether you’re new to strongman or looking to level up 💪
